Argentine Mauser M 1891 kal. 7.65 mm  rifle. Serial number: F 9242 Matching! on the ricasso. Superb bright finished long fullered blade with a crisp German maker's name: WEYERSBERG KIRSCHBAUM & Co SOLINGEN in three lines crisp on the ricasso and Modello Argentino 1891 in a arch over a filed out Argentine crest.  A on the blade spine. Bright finished pommel with a T-slot.  Crossguard with a guillon and a muzzle ring: MRD 15.5 mm. Crossguard is marked: PX and  R on the reverse side. CX marking facing the blade. Minty alloy grips secured to the blade tang by two alloy rivets. Both grips are marked: M in a circle. Blade tang shows another number: 15
